Cookie preferences
Horus stores small amounts of data on your device via cookies and a similar technology within web browsers called local storage.
Essential cookies
Horus uses the following essential cookies.
- hee_horus_auth: keeps you logged in (expires when you log out or close the browser).
- cookie_preferences: remembers your cookie and local storage preferences (expires after 1 year).
Local storage
Local storage allows a website to flexibly save data on your device. All local storage data is cleared every time you log out. Horus makes use of local storage in the following ways:
- When moving back and forth between pages that allow you to filter/sort results, local storage is used to remember your chosen filter/sorting options. Examples include admin reports and admin pages for searching for users.
- When moving back and forth between the curriculum page and the items mapped to it, local storage remembers which sections of the curriculum have been hidden/shown.
