The HEE FP E-portfolio Archive was closed down on 31 July 2025
The HEE FP E-portfolio Archive was launched in August 2017 as part of the HEE e-portfolio transition to Horus (HEE has since merged with NHS England (NHSE)). NHSE’s health education data retention policy required the data in this system to remain accessible to all its current users until 6 years after the last record on the system. This means that it came to the end of its active life on 31 July 2024 and was fully decommissioned one year later, on 31 July 2025. Information held in the Archive is no longer accessible to users.
What was the HEE Foundation Programme E-portfolio Archive?
In August 2017, HEE (since merged with NHS England (NHSE)) changed its foundation e-portfolio from the NES ePortfolio (and the "NW Horus" ePortfolio in the north west of England) to the Horus ePortfolio. Active user accounts were transferred from the NES ePortfolio/NW Horus to Horus; however, portfolio contents were not transferred.
